Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate federal healthcare policies affecting veterans' services
- Develop comprehensive policy recommendations aligned with VA strategic goals

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of federal policy analysis experience
- Deep knowledge of veterans' healthcare systems and federal regulations
- Proven experience with legislative processes and congressional relations
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- U.S. citizenship required
