Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain local and wide-area network infrastructure to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Implement and monitor security measures in compliance with federal standards (FISMA/NIST).
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for end-users and systems.
- Perform system upgrades, patch management, and regular backups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and system performance.
- Document technical processes and maintain accurate system records.
Qualifications
- Active Secret Security Clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Systems Administration or IT Support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Linux environments.
- Familiarity with federal government IT policies and compliance requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts.
