As a Senior Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring our federal systems remain secure, efficient, and compliant with the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of federal IT systems and software solutions.
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering and stakeholder communication to translate complex needs into technical specifications.
- Ensure all system designs comply with federal regulations, security protocols, and agency standards.
- Oversee system testing, deployment, and maintenance to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
- Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams.
- Document system architecture, processes, and changes in accordance with documentation standards.
- Identify potential risks in system operations and develop mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis, specifically within the federal government sector.
- Active or ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Strong understanding of federal frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP, FISMA).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
