Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for US Federal positions, including IT, Civil Engineering, and Cybersecurity roles.
- Utilize advanced Boolean search strategies and federal job boards (USAJOBS, GovExec) to identify passive candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end interview process, coordinating with hiring managers and security clearance specialists.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal hiring regulations, EEO guidelines, and company compliance standards.
- Build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet immediate hiring needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance employer branding within the federal sector.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience recruiting specifically for the US Federal Government sector.
- Experience with the USAJOBS.gov system and Defense Acquisition University (DAU) training requirements.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance (Secret or Top Secret) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of federal contracting vehicles (GSA, SEWP, OCONUS).
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related technical field.
