Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Frontend Development with a strong focus on React or similar frameworks.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 (Sass, Tailwind CSS).
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX) and RESTful APIs.
- Strong understanding of web performance optimization, SEO principles, and accessibility (WCAG) standards.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and agile methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and mentor junior team members.
