We are not just predicting the future; we are engineering it. We are looking for a visionary Senior Future Tech Architect to lead our Core Engineering division.
In this role, you will define the architectural blueprint for our flagship product, ensuring our systems are scalable, secure, and ready to handle the complexity of the 2026 era. You will work directly with cross-functional teams to turn abstract concepts into robust, production-ready software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define and evangelize the technical vision for 2026’s platform, ensuring scalability and high performance under massive load.
- System Design: Design distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures using modern cloud-native technologies.
- Technical Strategy: Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AI edge computing, neuromorphic hardware) and integrate them into our roadmap.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor senior engineers, fostering a culture of engineering excellence.
- Infrastructure: Oversee the implementation of CI/CD pipelines, containerization strategies, and automated testing frameworks.
- Problem Solving: Lead the resolution of complex technical challenges and drive innovation in our core product offerings.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architecture or lead role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, Go, or C++; extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- AI/ML: Hands-on experience integrating Machine Learning models into production environments and experience with vector databases.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of designing scalable systems that handle high concurrency and data integrity.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
