- Strategic Planning: Analyze market trends to identify high-potential growth areas and allocate resources to innovative projects.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior strategists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all future tech implementations adhere to the highest ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a senior strategic or technical leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, cloud ecosystems (AWS/Azure), and blockchain fundamentals.
