Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year strategic roadmaps targeting 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead horizon scanning for breakthroughs in quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech
- Develop predictive models for societal and market disruptions affecting 2026
- Collaborate with C-suite to embed future-proof principles into corporate strategy
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on emerging paradigm shifts
- Build and manage an international network of futurist researchers
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks for next-gen technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent professional certification
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and public audiences
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurist or technology journals
- Experience with scenario planning tools and predictive analytics platforms
