Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Strategic Foresight Framework using horizon scanning and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize exponential technology trends with socioeconomic shifts
- Produce quarterly Future State Reports for executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and World Economic Forum
- Oversee the Innovation Pipeline, evaluating 500+ emerging technologies annually
- Represent Nexus Horizons at global futurist conferences and policy summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Published author in peer-reviewed foresight journals or major tech publications
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Portfolio demonstrating transformational impact on organizational strategy
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Cross-Impact Matrix, STEEP analysis)
- Global network of 500+ futurists and technology pioneers
