Responsibilities

- Present visionary roadmaps to executive leadership and investment committees
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-AI collaboration interfaces
- Author thought leadership papers on ethical tech evolution and digital sovereignty
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with design, engineering, and ethics teams
- Represent company at global futurist forums and technology summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or emerging tech product management
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/climate)
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial products
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Strong background in ethical tech governance and responsible innovation
- Advanced degree in Technology, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
