- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Produce quarterly futurist reports for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic foresight impact
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business strategy
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Certification in futurist methodologies (e.g., CFt, CFS)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech strategy
