You'll lead cross-functional innovation sprints with our R&D and product teams, while collaborating with academic partners at MIT and Stanford. Our Austin hub offers a dynamic environment where your insights will directly shape ventures valued at $2B+.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Technology Horizon Scanning framework
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives on disruptive futures
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with quantitative impact modeling
- Manage portfolio of 5+ moonshot projects with $50M+ R&D budgets
- Represent company at Davos, TED, and World Economic Forums
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in foresight, strategy, or emerging technology roles
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures journals
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI governance
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ paradigm-shifting initiatives
