Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework, including horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Author high-impact thought leadership publications and whitepapers on emerging paradigms
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Quantify future opportunities through predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Advise executive leadership on disruptive threats and breakthrough opportunities
- Oversee the development of immersive foresight tools and visualization platforms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex socio-technical systems
- Published thought leader with demonstrated influence in top-tier publications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on transformational change
