Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of developing enterprise-level future scenarios
- Expertise in trend analysis, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future concepts
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Experience with strategic planning frameworks (STEEP, Delphi, SWOT)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation
- Ability to translate foresight into actionable business strategy
