- Design and execute innovation sprints focused on 2026 market opportunities
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and board members quarterly

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, Sociology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Expertise in scenario planning and predictive modeling methodologies
- Proven track record of translating future insights into actionable business strategy
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience

- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (required)
