Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework across technology, society, and business domains
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptors with 3-5 year predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Author high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning documents for C-suite stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Architect the company's 2026 innovation pipeline and R&D priorities
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at premier future-focused conferences and symposiums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in high-impact innovation projects
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives
