Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop and present innovation roadmaps with 3-5 year strategic foresight
- Partner with R&D teams to translate future scenarios into actionable R&D priorities
- Lead cross-functional workshops on disruptive trend analysis and scenario planning
- Author thought leadership publications and present at industry conferences
- Advise executive leadership on emerging risks and opportunities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futurism, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in AI, biotech, or quantum computing trends
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven trend validation
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional environments
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM) preferred
