Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Produce high-impact innovation roadmaps and future-state ecosystem models for C-suite stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate emerging concepts through agile methodologies
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, keynote presentations, and industry publications
- Mentor junior futurists while building a global network of innovation experts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented product development
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruptive technology assessment
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Strong background in agile methodologies and rapid prototyping environments
- Published thought leadership in innovation or strategic forespace publications
- Experience with AI, quantum computing, or biotech trend analysis highly valued
