Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, identifying disruptive trends and market opportunities
- Lead scenario planning and horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops with executive stakeholders to align on future vision
- Conduct deep-dive research on socio-technical shifts and their business implications
- Build and manage a network of industry futurists, academics, and thought leaders
- Translate foresight insights into actionable innovation projects with measurable ROI
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of future-oriented thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal impact
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking abilities
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills with executive presence
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives launched from foresight work
