Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and socio-economic shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology foresight framework with quarterly trend analysis reports
- Design innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and market evolution
- Facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and risk mitigation for disruptive futures
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Translate foresight insights into product development priorities and new venture opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and senior leadership with data-backed narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven track record of forecasting technology adoption curves and market disruptions
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex concepts into executive-ready insights
- Experience facilitating strategic workshops with C-suite executives and global stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism, technology, or business strategy (journal/conference)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful foresight-to-strategy implementations in Fortune 500 environments
