Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-generation solutions for quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate resilience
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer breakthrough technologies
- Present future outlooks to C-suite executives and board members through compelling visual storytelling
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging paradigms in post-quantum cryptography and neuro-interfaces
- Mentor a team of futurists while cultivating a culture of radical innovation
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory developments impacting 2026 technology landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend extrapolation methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology, and spatial computing
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering keynotes at global innovation forums
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation strategies
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Fluency in foresight tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
