Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2026+ horizon) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop and maintain the company's strategic innovation roadmap
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-focused initiatives
- Present insights to C-suite executives and external partners
- Build relationships with academic institutions and research labs
- Quantify market potential of emerging technologies
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of future tech
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Economics, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation, or tech consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
