Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze global megatrends impacting 2026+ technological landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and climate tech verticals
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Author forward-looking thought leadership published in top-tier journals
- Oversee experimental R&D initiatives in emerging domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented product strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams in agile environments
- Portfolio of successful innovation initiatives launched in the last 5 years
