Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain multi-year strategic foresight frameworks focused on 2026 technology adoption curves
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 companies
- Author white papers on emerging technologies' socioeconomic impacts and ethical implications
- Design and implement innovation sprints to prototype future-proof business models
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and policy experts
- Quantify market readiness for breakthrough technologies (quantum AI, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Advolve product development teams in creating next-gen user experiences for 2026
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of published trend analysis in peer-reviewed journals
- Expertise in scenario modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AGI)
- Experience advising executive teams on paradigm shifts and market discontinuities
- Certification in Futures Thinking or equivalent professional designation
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state implementation strategies
