- Architect strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder presentations on future scenarios
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Translate foresight insights into actionable R&D priorities and product development plans
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-cultural shifts affecting future markets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial applications
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
