Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into R&D priorities and product roadmaps
- Produce high-impact scenario planning documents for C-suite and board presentations
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future market opportunities through proprietary foresight methodologies
- Advise on ethical implications and governance frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in futurism, strategic foresight, or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related quantitative field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation portfolio
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation journals
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Experience building and scaling innovation ecosystems
