As a key member of our executive innovation team, you'll lead cross-functional initiatives that shape our product ecosystem and market positioning. You'll collaborate with industry disruptors, conduct horizon-scanning research, and present compelling future scenarios to C-suite leadership and board members.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology and societal trend radar
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present quarterly future scenario briefings to executive leadership
- Design strategic roadmaps for emerging technology integration
- Partner with R&D to incubate breakthrough innovations
- Establish industry thought leadership through white papers and keynotes
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Sociology, Technology, or MBA
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Portfolio published in industry journals or major publications
