You'll lead cross-functional initiatives that will redefine industries and shape the decade ahead.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a multi-year strategic foresight framework for 2026-2030 horizon scanning
- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives on disruptive technology adoption
- Produce high-impact trend reports analyzing AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech convergence
- Design and launch innovation incubators for future-facing business models
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight insights into R&D roadmaps
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, neurotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Experience leading cross-continental teams in matrix organizations
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
