Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives identifying key technological and societal trends through 2026
- Develop predictive models and scenario-planning frameworks for market evolution
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate futuristic insights into corporate strategy
- Present compelling trend analysis to stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Drive innovation workshops using design thinking and horizon scanning methodologies
- Author thought leadership publications on disruptive technologies
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced analytical techniques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven track record of forecasting market disruptions with 90%+ accuracy
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leader in futurism or technology innovation
- Experience with AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech disruption analysis
