- Lead innovation workshops to cultivate forward-thinking culture across global teams
- Present strategic foresight frameworks to investors and board stakeholders
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Drive R&D partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic planning or futurist roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Proven track record of translating future insights into scalable business models
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML, blockchain, and exponential technologies
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar designation
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
