Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight methodologies for 2026+ innovation horizons
- Lead scenario planning workshops for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Produce trend analysis reports and disruption forecasts for executive decision-making
- Design resilience frameworks against future market volatilities and black swan events
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Establish global networks of futurists and innovation thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic modeling
- Proven track record of influencing C-level strategy with future-oriented insights
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex concept translation
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, HSG) preferred
