Responsibilities
- Architect and execute strategic foresight frameworks for 2026-2030 technology horizons
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives on disruptive market forces
- Develop quantitative models predicting technology adoption curves and economic impacts
- Coordinate with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with future market needs
- Produce annual 'Future State' whitepapers distributed to industry stakeholders
- Mentor junior strategists in emerging technology assessment methodologies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for trend validation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for complex concepts
