Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Technology Horizon Scan framework, identifying 50+ emerging trends
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive teams across healthcare, fintech, and sustainability sectors
- Produce quarterly strategic briefings on AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Design and implement organizational foresight methodologies for Fortune 500 clients
- Present findings at global innovation summits with 1000+ attendee reach
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining thought leadership through white papers
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-state business models
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (IEEE, MIT Sloan Review)
- Advanced certification in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on organizational strategy transformation
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems modeling
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts into executive-level narratives
- Experience with Delphi method and cross-industry trend analysis
