- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for next-gen technology exploration
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote speeches at global innovation forums
- Quantify market opportunities and ROI projections for emerging tech adoption
- Mentor junior futurists and build the organization's foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused tech leadership
- Proven track record of translating emerging trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Published author or speaker at global innovation conferences (e.g., CES, Davos)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, Web3, quantum computing)
- Experience building and scaling innovation labs within large organizations
