Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps for enterprise clients across healthcare, energy, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on disruptive technologies (quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, bio-digital interfaces)
- Author industry-defining white papers and deliver keynote presentations at global innovation summits
- Manage a $50M R&D portfolio for next-gen tech incubation and commercialization
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, DARPA, and multinational innovation labs
- Mentor a team of 15 futurists and data scientists using cutting-edge foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Computational Social Science
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles at Fortune 500 firms or unicorn startups
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals on emerging tech societal impacts
- Expertise in Delphi methodology, horizon scanning, and causal layered analysis
- Proficiency in Python, R, and advanced simulation modeling for trend forecasting
- Track record of commercializing at least two breakthrough technologies
- Security clearance (Top Secret) preferred for federal consulting engagements
