Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and market disruptors through 2026+
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessments for technological transitions
- Partner with product teams to incubate next-generation solutions
- Present future vision frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, conferences, and industry panels
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints for prototype validation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI/ML, Quantum, etc.)
- Expertise in futures methodology (Delphi, horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Experience with technology adoption lifecycle management
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
