Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech)
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and 5-10 year technology roadmaps
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proof innovations into development pipelines
- Deliver executive briefings and scenario-planning workshops for global stakeholders
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, conference keynotes, and industry reports
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University partners
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, R&D, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into business strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Published author in technology foresight or peer-reviewed journals
