Responsibilities
- Architect LLM Solutions: Design and implement robust, scalable architectures for Generative AI applications using modern frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize large language models (LLMs) for specific enterprise use cases to improve accuracy and reduce latency.
- Agent Development: Build autonomous AI agents capable of complex reasoning, tool usage, and multi-step decision-making processes.
- System Integration: Integrate AI models with existing data pipelines and legacy systems to create seamless user experiences.
- R&D Leadership: Stay at the forefront of AI research, evaluating new papers and technologies to integrate into our product roadmap.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2-3 years specifically focused on Machine Learning or Deep Learning.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, and experience with Hugging Face Transformers.
- AI Knowledge: Deep understanding of NLP, prompt engineering, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- System Design: Strong experience designing distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
