Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on federal policies and regulations to support decision-making.
- Prepare detailed reports, briefings, and recommendations for senior stakeholders and government officials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strict compliance with all federal guidelines and agency standards.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables within strict government deadlines.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and provide strategic, data-driven solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project milestones, performance metrics, and compliance records.
- Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency within government programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in government contracting, public sector analysis, or federal project management.
- Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Strong understanding of federal budgeting, procurement processes, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
