Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the end-to-end analysis and design of IT solutions for government clients. This includes gathering requirements, modeling system logic, and ensuring strict adherence to federal compliance standards.

- Conduct detailed requirements analysis and elicitation for complex government IT projects.
- Design, develop, and implement scalable software solutions using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and government officials.
- Ensure all technical deliverables comply with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and security protocols.
- Lead technical troubleshooting and system optimization efforts.
- Document system specifications, user stories, and technical architecture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis or software development.
- Experience with government contracting environments (e.g., DoD, Federal) is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Java, or Python, with experience in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
