Responsibilities
- Research, write, and edit complex grant proposals aligned with funder priorities
- Develop and maintain relationships with foundations, government agencies, and corporate partners
- Manage full grant lifecycle from prospect research to final reporting
- Collaborate with program staff to gather impact data and budget information
- Ensure compliance with funder requirements and organizational policies
- Analyze funding trends and identify new grant opportunities
- Maintain accurate grant tracking database and reporting schedules
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional grant writing experience
- Proven track record of securing $1M+ in annual grant funding
- Expertise with federal, state, and foundation grant applications
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Strong analytical abilities for budget development and impact metrics
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Little Green Light)
