Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure to ensure high availability and security.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues across multiple sites.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy new IT solutions and upgrades.
- Conduct regular security audits and compliance checks to meet federal and state standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
