Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in systems analysis, database management, or technical support.
- Proficient in SQL, Python, and Oracle database management systems.
- Strong understanding of network architecture, cloud computing, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder presentations.
- Ability to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance for state government work.
