Responsibilities
- Lead Technical Projects: Oversee the planning, development, and implementation of enterprise-wide IT systems, ensuring alignment with state strategic goals.
- System Optimization: Analyze current IT infrastructure to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency.
- Cybersecurity Compliance: Enforce strict security protocols and ensure all systems comply with federal and state data privacy regulations.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

- Certifications: Professional certification such as PMP, AWS Solutions Architect, or CompTIA Security+ is highly desirable.
