Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex software applications and database systems.
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise hardware and software environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and optimize workflow processes.
- Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of sensitive government data and networks.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior IT staff members.
- Participate in project planning, system upgrades, and implementation of new technologies.
- Document technical specifications, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development or systems administration.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, .NET Core, and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, security best practices, and ITIL framework.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid North Carolina Driver’s License is preferred.
