Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex network infrastructure and IT systems for government clients.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure 99.9% uptime for critical services.
- Enforce cybersecurity protocols and compliance standards to protect sensitive government data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy software solutions and applications.
- Provide advanced technical support and training to internal staff and external stakeholders.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee IT procurement processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent military experience).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in IT systems administration and network engineering.
- Certification preferred: CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCNA, or CISSP.
- Experience with government contracts and adherence to strict regulatory compliance (FISMA, NIST).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
