Responsibilities

- Ticket Management: Lead the resolution of complex technical issues and mentor junior IT staff in best practices.
- Project Leadership: Oversee software upgrades, hardware rollouts, and digital migration projects from initiation to completion.
- Vendor Relations: Manage contracts and coordinate with external vendors to ensure optimal service delivery.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in IT systems administration or network engineering.
- Certifications: Active certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert are highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in network protocols, virtualization technologies, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
