Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex software solutions and enterprise systems in compliance with state regulations and security protocols.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the development team.
- Oversee the integration of legacy systems with modern cloud-based architectures (e.g., Azure, AWS).
- Conduct code reviews, perform system performance tuning, and ensure high availability and security of critical data.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in software development, systems analysis, or information technology management.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Extensive experience with database management systems (SQL) and data warehousing.
- Deep understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and ITIL best practices.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
