Responsibilities
- Analyze multi-source intelligence data to identify emerging threats against critical infrastructure in California
- Produce high-impact intelligence reports and briefings for senior leadership and law enforcement partners
- Coordinate with federal, state, and local agencies to share threat intelligence and security assessments
- Develop counterterrorism strategies and vulnerability mitigation plans for key assets
- Conduct research on geopolitical trends and terrorist networks affecting California
- Maintain rigorous compliance with intelligence protocols and security clearance requirements
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active Top Secret/SCI security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Political Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in intelligence analysis or federal law enforcement
- Expertise in threat assessment methodologies and counterterrorism frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in intelligence databases (e.g., M3, PALADIN)
- Strong written communication skills with demonstrated report writing experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain DHS suitability clearance
