Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment and management of cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS) for government services.
- Ensure compliance with UK data protection regulations (GDPR) and cybersecurity standards.
- Oversee network architecture and troubleshoot complex technical issues with zero downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation initiatives.
- Manage vendor relationships and budget for IT infrastructure projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure or systems engineering within the public or private sector.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms, virtualization, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP) and security frameworks.
- Valid right to work in the United Kingdom without sponsorship.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
